Brisbane Mindful Triathlon Running Yoga


This is not your usual triathlon! The day starts with a 5km run (or walk, or skip) followed by 75 minutes of yoga (with a DJ set, naturally) and ends with a blissful 30 minutes of meditation.

The activities don't stop there, you can either head to aerial yoga and hooping, or a quick dash to lunch.
